1. I suggest adding new functionality to the Mysticism or Eagle Eye skill:

Do you want to make Eagle Eye a mandatory skill? It would be better to restore the functionality of View Terrain, as it seems that only heroes with Eagle Eye had access to viewing land and air terrain... But then it would be like View Terrain ))
