Sanctuary – “Crimson Tide” [Campaign 4 – Mission 3]

It's a real problem! I can't buy all the troops for the fourth week in a row. There seem to be enough resources on the map, and I've upgraded the market for favorable resource exchange and the hero for a 20% increase in found resources, but I still don't have enough money. It all goes towards construction, and that's even with the secondary hero having a second-level Architect skill (20% cheaper improvements and rebuilding). I even take all the chests for gold, and I still end up in a difficult situation.
