I don't believe it can be completed in 10 days. I've been struggling for two days now.

It's quite straightforward; it's a linear scenario. The hero runs along the road without turning anywhere, and without any logistics, reaches the last blue hero, who is hanging out at the Academy's outpost, on the 10th day. With "Path of War," you might even be able to complete it faster.
