Thoughts about the Antichrist.

Christ is the bearer of light and the savior of humanity (according to the Bible), while the Antichrist is the bearer of darkness and destruction, not necessarily aware of it. There have been many Antichrists; they have distorted history and instigated wars (in a figurative sense, of course). Hitler is one of them. But in a fantastical manner (as I imagine it), the Antichrist is a person (specifically, a human with a demon's soul) with an empty and bottomless gaze, extremely calculating, indifferent, and devoted to his own unique goal. Indifference is one of the most terrible vices; someone strikes you (for example), and you look them in the face, but you don't see anger, malice, or disgust, only an empty, indifferent gaze, directed nowhere. As if swatting away a fly.
