That's right. At the beginning, I was only using machines. There was no regeneration, and I didn't find resurrection. I lost 7 towns on the way to the Myriad Throne (200 griffins were difficult to defeat without spells). I only found Eternal Light on the 26th level. I barely managed to catch Great Rune after that. The treasure was terrible (it was more fun in the Myriad Throne). Utopia was useless, the artifacts were pointless. But overall, I managed to get decent stats.
