Bought Rampart for 4300, sold the color for 800. Roads are average, there's only one respawn total, but gold is decent, and there are artifacts nearby for +3 Attack, +1 All, and a Magic Power booster; there's a Griffin Conservatory and Dragon Fly Hive — though I never took them. Two Necro players showed up, Luna, and I was even at a loss as to which hero to play, but I decided to go with Eleshar anyway; he got Logistics right away and could level up Necros at the same time, since there were Necro computers. I retrained Death Wave on Septienna, and the mages broke through the shooter blocks very well, losing only a single Centaur for first speed. On the second week, Eleshar and Septienna worked in different directions; eventually Septienna reaches the green computer's respawn, and their castle had just been taken by the opponent. I was glad about that because the magic was good, though only 12 mana, but plenty of gold for a surrender. Labetha attacks with absolutely no mana — I couldn't even believe it. Army: 40 Demons and 2 Angels. I have 140 Skeletons, an Angel, and 2 Efreeti. I cut down the two Angels and take the surrender, and there, very unexpectedly, are Bracers. I kill another dozen Demons and lose the main hero who had Earth and Wisdom and was supposed to learn Town Portal at the guild.
Labetha doesn't run anywhere, and my Eleshar, though on the other side of the map, was replenishing mana on the move with Expert Logistics and Gloves. I defeat him, spend gold to check if the opponent has enough to surrender immediately, and it turns out they do, but they make a mistake: their entire army is in one stack. I bring up whatever small units I can, including Gogs, and using Blindness and shots, I halve the stack and finish it off with Lightning Bolt.
