I bought Rampart for 4300, sold the color for 800. Roads are average, there's only one respawn total, but gold is decent, and there are artifacts right nearby for +3 Attack, +1 All, and a Magic Power booster. There's a Griffin Conservatory and a Dragon Fly Hive — though I never took them. Two Necromancers showed up, Luna and I was even confused about which hero to play, but I decided to go with Eleshar since he immediately got Logistics and could level up Necromancers at the same time, because the computers were Necromancers. At Septienna I retrained Death Wave, and my mages were very effective at breaking through ranged stacks, losing only a single Centaur for first speed. On the second week, Eleshar and Septienna worked in different directions; eventually Septienna reaches the green computer's respawn, but their castle had just been taken by an opponent. I was glad about this because the magic was good, though only 12 mana, but plenty of gold to surrender. Labetha attacks and has no mana at all — I couldn't believe it. Army of 40 Demons and 2 Angels, I had 140 Skeletons, an Angel, and 2 Efreeti. I cut down the two Angels and press surrender, and there are very unexpectedly Bracers. I kill another dozen Demons and lose the mother hero who had Earth and Wisdom and was supposed to learn Town Portal in the guild.
Labetha doesn't run away anywhere, and my Eleshar, though on another part of the map, was replenishing mana on the road with Expert Logistics and the Gloves. I defeat him, spend gold to check if the opponent has enough to immediately surrender, and it turns out he does, but he makes a mistake: his entire army is in one stack. I bring up whatever small units I can, including a Gog, and with the help of Blindness and shots, I halve the stack and finish it off with Lightning Bolt.
Thanks for the game.
