How do I create a quest in the prophet’s hut?

I placed 7 units in the first row and 10 in the second. I managed to kill 10 griffins, placed them next to these griffins, killed them, but nothing happened. I return to the hut, and the "accept" button is lit again. I managed to accept, but I can't submit.
