LBE – minimal balance changes for Heroes V 3.1.

- "Regeneration" now costs 16 mana (instead of 8) and has a guild level of 3 (instead of 2).

"Regeneration" should be regeneration, not resurrection. As it is now, it's a level 5 skill. (although it would be better to remove the resurrection effect from it)
