The distribution seemed decent, but the lack of resources and the long distances caused me to waste almost a week, losing tempo. Towards the end, I forgot to pass the artifacts to the scout and decided to give up.

In week 1, I built a Watchtower, and in week 2, I defeated Grech, a level 10 hero. At the beginning of week 3, I gathered 6 Angels with 4 Confluxes. I have 8 Watchtowers and was heading to take 2 Hives. I didn't see any Necropolis units, but then the enemy hero appeared. Thanks for the game.
