Okay, tactics are part of strategy.
"Strategy" (Ancient Greek: στρατηγία – "art of the general") is the science of war.
"Tactics" (Ancient Greek: τακτικός "relating to the arrangement of troops," from τάξις "order and arrangement") is a component of military art.

Okay, I misspoke.
But it's clear what I meant by "strategy," right?
Or is it you (everyone is so polite these days :) ) who doesn't understand the meaning of these words?
