I didn't quite manage to execute a good strategy with Gunnar, stables, and boots, but the path to the Guardian Order was very long and inconvenient. In the beginning, I built birds with a hidden unit, took 3 workshops, and headed towards the Guardian Order, finding two more hidden bird units along the way. I managed to reach level 124 without oil, losing some birds and meat units, and secured the center. My opponent only appeared on turn 3, but with a dozen titans and strong stats. I attacked, and after what seemed like a decent exchange for me, my opponent paid around 30,000 gold, while Gunnar remained standing without movement points. A nearby "easy target" attacked with birds and cyclops, each unit separated. I spent a long time considering whether to cast "Wave of Death" on the 200-20 health target, as it raised some suspicion. In the end, I got greedy and received Armageddon, which almost wiped out my entire army, except for one stack with resistance. However, I got wings and a Knowledge Scroll from the easy target, which was very useful. In the following week, I rebuilt my titans and, on turn four, overwhelmed his much larger army.
