Did the round end at 11:59 PM yesterday or sometime today? Just to know for the future, please clarify.

From the tournament regulations:

Tournament format:

1. Registration from June 1st to 8:00 PM (Moscow time) on June 12th.
2. The tournament games start on June 13th, 2016. The tournament ends on October 16th, 2016.
3. The tournament is held using the Swiss system in 9 rounds. Each round lasts 14 days: it starts at 10:00 AM on Monday of the first day of the round and ends at 8:00 PM on Sunday of the last day of the round.
4. Within the timeframe of each round, it is necessary to submit a report on the completed game in the tournament thread for the purpose of recording the tournament result. In case of failure to comply with this requirement, a technical result or a score of 0-0 will be assigned to the matches.
