You are participating in the OFB tournament; the fact that you are playing games in other tournaments or engaging in other activities that could affect the outcome of this specific tournament does not matter.

As the tournament organizers, either I (zloy_romantik) or another organizer can help and resolve a controversial situation or schedule a game.
But for this, you need to contact us personally, either through ICQ or through a personal message on the forum.

The format of this tournament does not allow for odds to be set after the deadline for the round has passed.
Decisions based on a save file, as stated in the tournament rules, are only made in the case of both players agreeing to a draw.

Specifically in this case, one player (Num) simply wrote in the forum thread on the 13th day of the round, and I personally messaged the other player (Dark) on the last day of the round.

I don't see a more appropriate solution than a mutual defeat due to the fact that the game was not played within the deadline for the round.
You can appeal this decision to the Arbitration Committee.

additional information:
Two technical defeats in the OFB-10 tournament will result in disqualification from the tournament.

After the tournament, a list of players who withdrew or were disqualified will be compiled.

If I am entrusted to run OFB-11, then players who withdrew or were disqualified from OFB-10 will be automatically denied registration for this reason.

Also, if another person runs the tournament, I hope they will take this information into account.
