Sure. No one forces you to send a Walkthrough description before the preliminary results are announced. This is a request from the host to save time. If you don't want to, don't send it.
Understood. Okay. Perhaps, to save time, a player might not want to report on, say, 5th place, but instead just record their result.

Just don't tell me that someone does this in offline mode... :) Why lose a battle and lose a hero with an army if you can just not attack?.. I would agree in online mode. In offline mode, it doesn't make sense. Don't make things up.
Yes, I do this in offline mode, and many others do too. At least regarding the fourth game. Such a situation can occur there.
And I think it's the same in the third game. You yourself said that everything depends on motivation. In Best of Best VDV, he said that you could hire a hero with Meteor Shower. Let's say he is not my main hero. Why shouldn't I attack with small squads and destroy the army guarding the key to the gate, in order to speed up the breakthrough of this army with my main hero??? So, you can keep your logical reasoning and what you think to yourself, and as for you, as an organizer of the Tournament or his assistant, please answer to the point.

These bans are as old as the world. They have existed in offline Tournaments for at least seven years... You just want to make a mountain out of a molehill... Any player who has experience participating in Tournaments knows this; if it's difficult for you to remember right away, learn gradually... :)
As if I don't have experience playing in Tournaments :) It's old, but you can't step into the same river twice. Some play by the old rules, while others try to come up with new tactics, so the question remains; if you are unable to answer, let Kyle answer.
PS. Oh, here's an idea. Organizers and map creators shouldn't put such mixed squads on the map. I've heard such advice very often lately.
