The rules do not specify the reporting procedure for players. Requesting descriptions, explanations, and intermediate saves from players should only be necessary after the preliminary results are announced. There are also a few things in the prohibitions that are unclear to me:
1. What are these sirens that cannot be visited multiple times, and why?
2. "- weakening non-upgraded neutral armies through repeated defeats." - this point is also unclear ?? Does it mean if there is a neutral army, I cannot beat it over several attempts with one or more heroes ?? And why ?? Or perhaps I misunderstood something?
