Harmony - Troop Symmetry

So, here's the first one – a mod that replaces Dyraell with a new hero with a new specialization (I looked through the NHF mod while creating it – thanks to Dyrman).
I took the hero's name from the world of Arda – I found a detailed guide on how to create Elvish names based on the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.
There are two icons for Tieru in the game; one is used in the "Days of Flame" scenario, and the other is not used. For now, the new hero has this one, but I might change it later.
