UNIT - Creature Balance + Visual Changes

Balance is a delicate matter. I am in favor of small, targeted adjustments, but only where they are truly needed and appropriate. The experience from RTA and TE is certainly a very important factor.
Writing the entire balance from scratch is an extremely complex and thankless task. Perhaps such an approach would be more objective, but it involves too much work! I think it is wiser to refine what already exists, but in a way that these refinements bring harmony.
