RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

There are no other factions besides the ones presented here, and there is also no fourth tier of recruitment. I recently finished my mod, which makes alt-upgrades an additional upgrade tier (parameters and abilities have been adjusted), but it is only available in the Fortress on a hill.
