placed 5 heroes on a Windows tablet, the game launches, but after the map loads and it prompts "press any key," there is no response to either the on-screen keyboard or the touchscreen.

I sometimes play on a tablet, but I haven't encountered this issue. I only play using a Bluetooth mouse. Everything works. A) What touchscreen is being referred to? (The blue loading bar for the map cannot be active.) B) I have never used the on-screen keyboard because it's unnecessary. C) Saves are overwritten onto existing files when needed.
