I agree with Alexander. It's summer, it's Friday, and everyone is heading to their country houses from lunchtime. You can leave during the day and arrive at night; most of the route is on Shchelkovskoye Highway, which is narrow in many places (I was there about 2 years ago). Therefore: there are commuter trains from Yaroslavsky Station to Fryazino. From there, it's a 50-minute ride by minibus to the village of Litvinovo, and from Litvinovo to the base, it's 2 km in a straight line. This is just an estimate; I haven't studied it in detail.
