The old system was good because it had no limit, and pros and cons were distributed more readily, plus you could cancel or change the rating. On the other hand, I like the ability to comment in the current system, which allows you to have a chat in the database (until the limit runs out). Public display of reputation, I don't know, it's a plus or a minus. So, I don't know if it's worth changing the reputation system; I've already gotten used to the new one, and I like it.
