Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I've heard about that. Apparently, if you increase her influence, you'll end up playing as a neutral faction, which doesn't seem very advantageous or interesting to me. But I can't bring myself to play as Ivella and upset/eliminate half of the cute companions.
