People serve Elrath, and his messengers (Angels, who are higher in rank than any human) serve in their army. Dark Elves respect the dragons of Malassa, but they also serve in the army of the Dungeon. The same applies to the Wood Elves. And fallen angels probably have their own hierarchy as well. The higher ones force the lower ones to help their servants. In general, I see a solution to the problem in the message above. And let fallen angels be something higher, not just ordinary heroes. Why not? :D
