Well, Wistan and Mullich didn't play a role in the plot, but they didn't appear on the planet Enroth without any explanation after a few thousand years, and they had biographies confirming the possibility that they are canonical. Then, it would be better to introduce biographies only for those who participated in the plot of the first, second, and third parts (Alamara can be introduced).
