Changes

From a technical standpoint, the forum is very outdated, not to mention that its functionality only decreases over time (first it was ranks, then limited search was introduced, the inability to upload files for unregistered users, etc.). If HeroesWorld needs anything, it is a full-scale modernization and a more powerful server, but for this, funding and an active administration are required.
