Regarding the "Bible" in the tower, what are the rules for it in this tournament?
Will the order of templates for each round only be known after the draw?

Building the "Bible" is allowed; the "rebuild" option is mandatory only for HL+U templates.

The template for each round will be determined before the draw for each round.
