I almost won on restarts. I was playing calmly, took the secondary resource, pushed to another respawn point, and then bam, I found a hidden Mino hideout deep within the respawn area. On the adjacent respawn point, a scout reveals an area and stumbles upon a pile of gold. I took Kreg with a strategy focused on hidden locations, portals, Nagash with mass slow, and that was it.
