P.S. How did you manage to get a level 30 hero in the first week?..

I didn't quite understand – what does "in the first week" mean? It's been 2 months.
This is how I looked after clearing the first outpost. I found the Dragon Shield in a tomb. I kept the Shackles for myself – I don't want to chase after heroes that are constantly running away. I got lucky with the Witch Hut – it gave me leadership. I cleared the surrounding area by the end of the week, then visited the stables and headed towards the Gold Mine and Dragon Utopia, clearing out neutral creatures along the way – and there were quite a few of them. By the time I reached the first castle, I was already in a state of pure rage.
In general, I'm always too cautious – if there are no time limits or other restrictions. That's why I reached level 30 while the Red player was still recovering :D

I couldn't reproduce the first mistake.

So, from my save, capturing the second castle went smoothly – without a cutscene at the end of the battle?
P.S. It's good that I browsed the forum about the map and learned that Sir Grim will revive my troops after the battle. The sight of his guards attacking first and kicking all 26 Cyclops off the map – while also absorbing a significant amount of damage with Rage – is definitely not for the faint of heart.
