Regarding Portals, dungeon entrances, etc.:
1) I did this to reduce (or rather, equalize) the radius of "activated" creatures, so that some other creatures nearby wouldn't be "activated" as well.
2) And for the future: to prevent creatures from being "activated" just because the entrances are accessible, I wanted to set it up so that the guarding army couldn't stand directly next to the active tile (2 cells), but also couldn't bypass it.
Regarding Hiormel - it's a bug, because initially I excluded Regeneration and Word of Power from the list (why would a Necromancer need that?), and then I included them, but I forgot to change the counter. I'll fix it.
