[POLL] Who is to blame, and what should be done?

You haven't even been there, how can you judge people?! The sense of conscience (or justice, in other words) has different meanings for everyone... For some, taking revenge by killing a person is justice, while for others, it's enough to say some curses to that person behind their back, and for a third, it's just to forgive, so it's better not to engage in demagoguery. Essentially, the rules didn't restrict players + the system glitched when matching losers with winners.
