[POLL] Who is to blame, and what should be done?

This topic has already reached its logical conclusion. Everyone has their own point of view and has spoken (at least those who wanted to). At this point, it should probably stop, as going further would be overkill. There is now meaningless negativity.
Kostya (Derty) outlined the situation but did not propose his own solution to it. Waiting for a response.
Perhaps all the ardent defenders and cheerful people should write their opinion — does this tournament belong to HeroesWorld or should all results be left at the level of its hosting? If the majority answers that all results should be attributed to HeroesWorld (awarding a badge under the avatar, match results), then let the Admin Council consider this issue.
And if everyone doesn't care, then let everyone not care))...
This is, of course, all just a suggestion for resolving this situation.
