[POLL] Who is to blame, and what should be done?

Voted for Lizard and Redwait as the guilty parties. Lizard is not a champion, and Redwait has no place in the AK.

I think Lizard and Redwait deserve a BAN for some period.

Perhaps CIS tournaments should be held in a BO1 format.
