[POLL] Who is to blame, and what should be done?

Voted for Lizard and Redwait to be penalized. Lizard is not a champion, and Redwait has no place in the Academy.

I think Lizard and Redwait deserve a ban for a certain period.

Perhaps CIS tournaments should be held in a Best-of-One format.
