[POLL] Who is to blame, and what should be done?

I don't see any constructive suggestions here, just complaints. Tell me how to prevent match-fixing? I also want to have a laugh. The incident became known quite by chance; if Lizard had acted more cautiously, many would have had questions, but they would have been mere speculations.
The fact that Lizard admitted his guilt and repented is undoubtedly worthy of respect.
