RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

I'm curious when version 1.4 will be released.

I also noticed some bugs, like:
When you start a map where the city has initial troops,
if you choose either Fortress or Conflux, the troops in the city
will be Conflux (Fortress troops)
or Fortress (Conflux troops).
