Regarding the strength of a commander, I'll give an example (some might not like the comparison): movies like "Gladiator" or "Troy," where a commander on the battlefield can fight himself and properly position and lead the army.:smile10:
And neutrals don't just stand there stupidly:eek:; they guard, and if an army is weak, it's easy to attack:smile17:, but if it's very strong, they aren't kamikazes:confused:—why risk it for nothing.
