I agree with Danku – if this is the bare minimum required, then it’s acceptable. But as a reasonable Heroes fan, I don’t like the idea that they come, check something, and leave. The ultimate goal of HotA, as a software product, is to sell. And we should be able to do that for you. My suggestion is to create a separate section where you can look and experiment – we don’t need anything else, but I also don’t think it’s necessary to give away what’s ours! We have our own community, our own ideas, and our own atmosphere. We created something new, so keep creating – everything is fine with us.
I’ll add a little more: I’m not a particularly great player, but I enjoy watching streams, and instead of listening to the radio at work, I always turn on a stream. For the past year, it’s been Tokha Lutski and Mishka (both of whom are great). And when I see HotA, I turn off the stream, leaving the chat open just for peeking and communicating. Why should I do something I don’t like? Just because someone decided it? No, I don’t agree.
