You are wasting your time arguing with Vic; talking own wind is his favorite pastime. If you want to move the HoM tournaments to a separate section (where they belong, honestly) — contact our section moderators directly, or hold a poll if necessary. But mere chatter will lead nowhere.

Contacting the moderators makes no sense, since I am one of the moderators, and all of them have equal rights.

A vote, as we recently discovered, has no legal force in such matters.

Consequently, you need to appeal higher — to the coordinators or to the Creator.
