Well, excuse me, but don't compare the Kiev Open Cup, for which a cottage was rented and internet was set up in the cottage just so that there would be at least some way to do a broadcast, with the CIS tournament, which is held at a venue where they claim to have good internet.

Why can't I use a large offline tournament as an example? It attracts the attention of a large number of online viewers. And the coverage gives the community development and creates additional interest. I simply stated a fact and my attitude towards it + suggested a possible way to develop it. What is the point of your objection and the post in general... I can address the same question to the author above.
P.S. I know that most people don't want to bother with this and just want to relax and compete, but some will support my opinion and may be willing to do it for the community's money.
