Or rather, a series of precedents. These include the amount of alcohol in the hall, the presence of random people who are not related to anyone among the participants or guests of the event, the fact that there wasn't a single Organizer who didn't play in the tournament, and an unusual game situation with a fixed match... And therefore, opinions are being exchanged. So that when SUBSTANTIAL opinions accumulate, that is, the opinions of participants from all years of events, a common document can be developed, which everyone signs before going to the CIS.
