We don't have a queue of people wanting to be Organizers. Because the Organizer has to spend not only their time but also their money.
There is also no unified system of organization, no single regulatory body, because everything is done on sheer enthusiasm and as free time allows. Now, I hope, we will still develop a unified Regulation.
