Yeah, thanks. But I've already figured it out from VDV's description and images. In my save, Moner is standing on oil and has no moves left. Dessa is the same. But it turns out if you take minerals along the way as drawn by VDV, that's exactly what happens: Moner has enough to move one more point, but Dessa doesn't. Well, with such shallow knowledge of Heroes 3 theory as mine, I'm lucky I even reached VDV in terms of money :)
Now I'm studying his description via images so I don't mess up in the future :) And I didn't use Kirya.
