It's a shame, I somehow missed Minsk. The last thing I remember is the Kyiv championship, which Tvarina and Co. organized; it might not have been a CIS event. No matter how hard Tvarina tried, the broadcast was terrible. In any case, I believe that one of the main priorities when choosing a location should be high-quality, reliable internet, or, as you said above, a portable station. (although I don't know much about it).
