Why did you create this thread?

For a constructive discussion. And the purpose of its creation is outlined in the initial post. So, please adhere to the established order. This is not a thread for discussing SNG-2017. And it's not a thread for expressing your personal opinion about other people's posts. It's a thread for discussing the points that we need to address in order to create the Regulations, that is, a document that will be the result of agreements primarily among the core members of the tournament players, Judges, and Organizers. A document that will be binding on all participants in the event, meaning that compliance with it will be a Condition of Participation for everyone attending.
