If everything works out and we reach a common understanding with the Heroes players and other people who simply support the Heroes movement from Moscow, then we will confidently submit a tender application to host the CIS-2017 tournament in the Moscow region (where this championship has not yet been held).

That's why I asked you to express your wishes, comments, advice, and opinions in a reasonable manner regarding this event.
