If the error from the first log repeats

in the log:

then change the graphics filter from xBRZ + Bicubic to any other (xBRZ + Bilinear SharperX2 or xBRZ + Bilinear Sharper, for example)
if the error persists after that, change the filter to Bilinear SharperX2(S) or change the graphics mode to 32-bit (stretchable)

The second log records an error in the HW_rules plugin. You can try contacting the plugin author with this log.
