Regarding the review of the results - the decision of the Organizing Committee, represented by 4 Organizers and the Chief Judge, has been announced and is no longer subject to review. In essence, it was announced during the award ceremony by presenting the prizes. It was not an easy decision. It was a controversial decision. But it was made. Neither I {especially since I was not an authorized person or organizer}, nor the AC, nor the Organizers themselves can change it anymore: the prizes have been awarded. "Gifts are not returned..."
We can argue for a long time about the legitimacy or illegitimacy of the distribution of places in the tournament. But. I started this topic to discuss the Regulations.
