You can only appeal to AK regarding games from official HW tournaments. That is, tournaments where the first post clearly states "official tournament." Or where it says something like "in disputed situations, players have the right to appeal to AK." All other tournaments are considered unofficial, and the word of AK in them carries weight only with the permission of the organizer.

However, in this case, AK will still issue a decision of "results will not be reviewed," so there's no need to waste your time typing.
