Post-tournament analysis and discussion of the CIS Tournament Regulations.

I have a suggestion:
For those who are afraid of/don't like traveling to tournaments, but who have been CIS champions, they could play from home over the internet (provided that the internet connection is provided by the tournament organizers).
Since many don't like/or can't travel, this idea is quite reasonable.
